It should be noted that the assessment and evaluation of the eligibility for a refund will be strictly related to the cancellation and refund policy of the respective provider, and the Operator's role will be to provide a mediating service to the ticket recipient. In accordance with the above, the User gives the Operator the mandate to request a refund for the ticket price from the seller due to the withdrawal they are entitled to, and therefore the Operator is authorized to act and represent the User before the ticket seller in order to request the aforementioned refund.
If the request is accepted according to the Monument's policy, the Operator will proceed to refund the amount corresponding to the ticket price within 14 calendar days from the date the User has effectively and unequivocally notified the Operator of their decision to withdraw from the service contract.
However, if the User does not receive the refund within this period, they should contact the Operator by sending an email to: help@pantheonrome.it, as sometimes for technical reasons, the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) calendar days may be extended up to ninety (90) days due to processing by banks and their payment gateways.
