This term is used in connection with the type of service we offer, which involves booking a service that arranges everything necessary for the complete reservation of a ticket to a selected monument, on behalf of and at the expense of the customer. It’s all about simplicity, where the customer doesn’t have to worry about potential errors in the reservation system or whether they’ve entered all the details correctly. The customer fills in the essential information, and we verify everything and handle the registration of their ticket.

Who We Are

We are a company operating in the travel industry, aiming to offer new, simplified, and transparent ways to visit monuments, without the visitor having to spend hours online searching for the right website that won’t have inflated fees, a complicated booking process, language barriers, no support, or incorrect information. Tickets

For clarity, we emphasize that we are not the direct issuer of the tickets. These tickets are issued through an official reservation platform managed and organized directly by the administrators of the respective monument. Bookings made through our service are reserved with third-party partners, advertising agencies, or directly on the reservation platform. Therefore, the tickets are fully authorized and guarantee entry to the monument. We always list tickets at their original prices, with the only increase being the service fee for the managed booking service.

Data protection

We take the protection of your data very seriously. We only store the information necessary for our accounting and legal purposes, in compliance with legal regulations. We do not store personal data for advertising purposes.

We strive to keep our service fees as low and reasonable as possible. In exchange for the service fee, you will receive prompt responses and various support channels for any questions, a simple booking process, availability of most payment options, so you can fully enjoy your visit to the monument.
